Aluminum Body Pneumatic Shaft Housing
This is a lightweight and durable aluminum pneumatic shaft body specifically designed for your roll wrapping and unwrapping applications. This product is a key component of a modular system that must be configured according to the instructions below to ensure perfect compatibility with your machine.
In addition to this body, the BB (Drive Side) and CC (Free Side) shaft heads specified in the technical drawings must also be configured and added to the basket for your shaft to be ready for use.
Production and Delivery Process
After your order reaches us, a final technical drawing will be prepared according to the configuration you selected, and we will contact you for your approval. Production will only begin after we receive your written approval.
It takes approximately two weeks for production to be completed and ready for shipment after approval.
Order and Configuration Instructions (Please Read Carefully)
It is important to configure your product correctly by following the steps below for a seamless ordering process.
1. Shaft Diameter (A) This option refers to the outer diameter of your air shaft. 3 inches (76mm) air shafts are the most commonly used standard in the packaging industry and account for a large share of the market. Following this are 6 inches (152mm) and other custom sizes. Please select the diameter that is suitable for your machine.
2. Shaft Profile Length (A2) This measurement represents the profile length of the shaft, including the mounting flanges. Please select the appropriate range from the list for the total length of your shaft. Then, enter the net measurement in millimeters (mm) in the information box below.
If the net length of your shaft is 625mm, select the range of 600-650mm from the list and enter 625 in the box below.
3. Drive Side (BB) This is the configuration of the drive (motor connection) side of the shaft. Please review the technical drawings to select the appropriate shaft drive type for your machine.3. Drive Side (BB) This is the configuration of the drive (motor connection) side of the shaft. Please review the technical drawings to select the appropriate shaft drive type for your machine.
If you cannot find a suitable model for your product in the BB series images, please check the option "None of these, contact me."
For example, if you have selected the BB01 image, please enter the dimensions in the text box below in the following format: B1=120;B2=25;B3=85;B4=20;B5=32;B6=8;B7=20
Note: You can print the relevant image and ask your technical staff to write the values on the measurement indices, and you can send us this image as an addition before placing the order.
4. Free Side (CC) This is the configuration of the non-driven (free) side of the shaft. Please review the images to select the appropriate shaft type for your machine.
If you cannot find a suitable model for your product in the CC series images, please check the option "None of these, contact me."
For example, if you have selected the CC01 image, please enter the dimensions in the text box below in the following format: C1=120;C2=25;C3=85;C4=20;C5=20
Note: As on the drive side, you can print the relevant image and write the dimensions on it to send to us before placing your order.
5. Air Valve Position (DD) Determines the position of the air valve on the shaft.
DD01: The hub is on the shaft flange.
DD02: The Sibop is located on the mill (at the front).
Important Warning: In the DD01 type valve positions, the maximum width of the packaging coil you will use is important. For example, if the widest packaging coil to be used on a shaft measuring 700mm in A2 size is greater than 650mm, the DD02 option, where the valve is at the face of the shaft, is recommended. Please note that DD02 may be subject to additional costs and certain technical restrictions.
You also need to specify whether the valve will be on the drive side of the shaft or the free side. It is usually positioned on the free side.
6. The Last and Most Important Step: In the order note section, you need to share the Brand - Model - and Production Year information of the machine you want to use the shaft with. This information is a critical control mechanism that allows the 6genpack technical team to leverage their experience to anticipate potential measurement errors and ensure that your order is fully compatible with your machine.
