Please follow the steps below carefully to order the correct product. Each option will help you configure the most suitable belt for your machine.

1. Packaging Material Select the type of packaging material the belt will contact and move. This selection is critical in determining the most suitable surface coating and hardness for your belt. (Link to your blog page about packaging materials)

2. Belt Width (mm) Enter the exact width of your belt in millimeters (mm). Select the appropriate range from the options below and then enter the precise measurement in the text box.

  • Example: For a 27mm wide belt, select the 20-30 mm range and enter 27 in the box

3. Belt Circumference (mm)Important Note: Please measure the outer rubber circumference of your belt. This measurement is crucial for the accuracy of your order in cases where the belt's tooth profile cannot be identified

4. Belt Guiding These belts may have a specially machined track on the lower toothed side to fit into the grooves on your machine's pulleys. Guiding prevents the belt from sliding laterally. If your belt has such a track, please provide its dimensions in the following format

  • If the track is centered: Enter only the width of the track. Example:G=12mm

  • If the track is off-center: Provide both the track width and its distance from the reference edge. Example:G=12; H=5 mm(For a 30mm wide belt, this input means the guide track is 4mm off-center.

5. Belt Vacuum Type If your pulling belts have holes or channels on the surface, select the "With Vacuum" option. Otherwise, select "Without Vacuum"

  • With Vacuum: Choose the type that best matches your belt's hole and channel structure and enter the measurements specified in the technical drawings. Example:A1=5; A2=17; A=8

  • Without Vacuum: For flat or custom-patterned surfaces.

6. Operating Environment Select the conditions the belt will be exposed to. You can select multiple options. This is critical data that determines the belt's resistance to abrasion, temperature, and chemicals.

7. Belt Color Select the main color of the belt. Important Note: While color can give a general impression of the belt's hardness and material, it is not a definitive technical standard by itself

8. Machine Information As a final and most important step, please provide the Brand - Model - and Year of Manufacture of the machine where you intend to use the belt in the order notes. This information is a critical control mechanism for the 6genpack technical team to foresee potential measurement and compatibility errors and ensure your order is perfectly compatible with your machine.
